Neilsoft exhibits at IIChE’s Chemcon 2023, highlighting solutions for the Process Industry

Neilsoft recently participated in the Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers (IIChE) annual event, Chemcon 2023, held in Kolkata, India. The event, known for gathering key stakeholders from the process industry academia and research fraternity, provided a platform for Neilsoft to showcase its solutions and services designed to help the process industry leverage technology to meet strategic digitization objectives.
At Booth No. 22, Neilsoft presented a range of innovative solutions focused on enhancing efficiency and digitization in chemical process plants. Among the highlighted areas were Visio-based, non-CAD, intelligent PFD/P&ID creation through the Visio P&ID Process Designer—a tool tailored for process and sales engineers. Additionally, Neilsoft demonstrated its BIM for Plants solution, CADISON, which offers a single source of truth across all disciplines and plant life cycles. Other key offerings included plant digitization for intelligent P&ID creation, scan-to-3D/BIM capabilities, and a framework for managing legacy documentation of industrial plants.
A notable feature of Neilsoft’s participation was a white paper presentation by the AVP of Market Development, on “Need & Tools for Digitalization in Chemical Process Plants.” This paper invited interests of many participants & was adjudged as Best Paper of Conference in the after-conference award function.
Chemcon 2023, proved to be an excellent opportunity for Neilsoft to engage with industry professionals, discuss emerging trends, and demonstrate its solutions to transform the process industry.
